Christmas cookies And secret santa

This morning we iced Christmas cookies. I really enjoyed spreading the icing and putting decorations on the cookie. What a cool morning 🎄 we had a shared lunch then received out secret santa present.

Christmas party 2019

what a awesome time I had at the Christmas party on Friday! All my friends were there, heaps of awesome music to dance to, and we were even surprised with a circus show! The food was delicious. What a awesome way to end the year.

Water park

we had a great time at the water park, I enjoyed the sunshine.

Lunch at the citz club

this year I made a goal to go to the citz club for lunch, last Thursday I went with some friends to have  fish and chips. It was delicious 🐟 🍟

Outing

we had such a cool outing! We went to the travel agent and got a few books on different cruises for me to look at!

Getting spoilt

I don't know how I manage to do it but here I am going for a wander through Greerton village and somehow a fancy Ice-cream has managed to appear in my hand and start disappearing bite by bite.
Lucky me aye... It must be my charming personality.
I picked a few flowers on the way back to the centre and gave them to the staff. A great way to keep in the good books. Hehe...

This afternoon we had a Halloween disco! What good fun we had dancing and listening to scared music 🎃 I found myself a cobweb hat 🕷🕸

for guys group we walked into Greerton , and had a look at the op shop! Had some fun with some hats we found!

I had a great session in music this morning learning to play the keyboard on the iPad.

Tess's Penguin

I really enjoyed painting the penguin for Tess, when I gave it to her she was so happy and excited to see my masterpiece that I had made for her, she loves penguins.

Painting garden signs

This afternoon for gardening we stayed indoors and re painted all our vege garden signs with some cool bright colours

Puff Pastry Plaits

On Wednesday in cooking we made Puff pastry plaits, we picked some spinach and chives from our garden. We put these along with some ham and cheese in our puff pastry plaits. I folded each strip over on my pastrys making a beautiful plait.

Rainy day mosaics

What a wet day out there today! I spent the morning in front of the heat pump working on my mosaic project!

rugby World Cup 2019

Today we celebrated the rugby World Cup opening day! We did some fun activities and had a shared lunch followed by a rocking nz themed disco where I danced the afternoon away!

I helped make pink muffins for our pink morning tea at the end of the month.

Cooking Corn Fritters

Last week in cooking session I made delicious and healthy corn fritters.
I used fresh herbs and vegetables out of our own garden at the centre and had fun cutting everthing up for the fritters. After I mixed all ingredients I panfried the corn fritters until golden brown.
At the end I had a little taste of one of the corn fritters and really enjoyed them

Fishing

Justine took Christina and I fishing today at Pilot Bay.

I was the only one that caught a fish, was a bit small so I kissed it and chucked it back.

High tea hat party

We had a high tea for guys group, lots of delicious food and a cup of coffee with cream!

Dee's baby shower!

Today was a day of dirty diaper throwing, pin the bottle on the baby, putting nappies on a baby and baby obstacle course! We had a blast! We also had to guess who's who from staff baby photos AND guess the amount of sweets in the baby bottle.
I came 3rd at the 'dirty diaper toss' woooohoooo!

I am painting the sides of my canvas, it is looking amazing.

Ten Pin

I went Ten Pin Bowling the other day, and of course I enjoyed it! I used a ramp to help me get an edge on my mates.  I was really good! They played some pretty cool music. Fun outing.
