I finally finished my man/money box in renovation by screwing the handle on, now I'm taking it home to stash my money in so no one can find it!

Roast vegetables

yesterday in cooking session I peeled potatoes and cut them in small cubes to make roast vegetables.

Pink muffins

I helped make pink muffins for our pink morning tea at the end of the month.

Cooking Corn Fritters

Last week in cooking session I made delicious and healthy corn fritters.
I used fresh herbs and vegetables out of our own garden at the centre and had fun cutting everthing up for the fritters. After I mixed all ingredients I panfried the corn fritters until golden brown.
At the end I had a little taste of one of the corn fritters and really enjoyed them
