Making a textured surface in art and craft

In art and craft we have started a project of making different textured surfaces to hopefully put together to make a group wall piece for the centre.
Today we were using seeds and grains. Once the textures are finished, we will paint/ cover them with tissue paper ready to paint!

I am making a planter box in renovation, I started by cutting the wood to size.

Foodbank baking

I helped to make some apricot oat biscuits and finished making a batch of choc chip biscuits to donate to the food bank. While no one was watching I snuck a choc chip biscuit to make sure it tasted good.
